Country mouse to town mouse and back again: Raspberries

About me

Welcome to my countryside themed blog.

I have a small holding background, and hopefully one day future.

For now I am living in a small town and trying to get the best of country life while living in a Victorian red brick terrace.

Food will come up a lot, for me the best is British, high welfare and local. Home made is great too so expect recipes.

I have a small garden, so a lot is done in pots and containers, you can get some delicious goodies from a little space. There is a bit of smugness factor in eating something homegrown.

Crafting is a big part of my life, I am a keen knitter (some might say obsessive) and also enjoy spinning and wool preparation, be prepared to hear a lot about sheep.

And since the British contryside has a lot to offer hopefully there will be lots of other adventures to share as well.

In case that doesn't give it away- I am not your normal 26 year old :D
